Shipping policy

At Bantam Apparel, all apparel is currently printed to order. This allows us to produce each item specifically for your order while maintaining our quality standards and reducing unnecessary waste.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Please allow 2 to 3 working days for your order to be printed, quality checked, packaged and dispatched.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation using the contact details provided with your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Following dispatch, delivery is estimated to take 2 to 3 working days.

The estimated total time from placing your order to receiving it is therefore approximately 5 to 7 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather, seasonal demand or bank holidays.

Print-to-Order Products

As our apparel is printed to order, production begins after your order has been confirmed. During particularly busy periods, new product launches or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Should we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address supplied at checkout is complete and accurate.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or dispatch has begun.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Please allow the full estimated delivery period before contacting us about a delayed order.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at shopify@bantamapparel.co.uk with your name and order number. We will investigate the delivery with the relevant courier.
